Home Information Packs

The provision of Home Information Packs (HIPs) is now a mandatory requirement for anyone putting their home up for sale.

This stipulation was incorporated into the new Housing Act 2004, whereby homeowners or their appointed selling agents now have a statutory duty to have Home Information Packs available for potential buyers at the time of putting their property up for sale.

We were established in Aug 2007 to offer Estate Agents, Solicitors, Pack Providers and the general public a cost effective local solution to their moving requirements relating to the legislation surrounding Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

We work closely with our selected local partners offering a cost effective, fast turn a round for Home Information Packs (HIPs), usually 5 to 7 days subject to no irregularities.
